Michael DePol, Chief Executive Officer
Michael began his career in the financial services industry in August of 1990 with a desire to succeed as an entrepreneur. He excelled as a Financial Services Representative by building, from scratch, a base of over 300 clients with over 75 million dollars in assets under management. In the fall of 1992, Michael founded NPA Financial Services, Inc. and over the years built out the infrastructure of the firm with a goal to create an organization that could meet the high standard of services he himself required as a rep. Michael received his BA from Stockton State College in 1989 and was a member United States Air Force Reserve from 1987 through 1995.

Peter Abramenko, President
Pete began his career as a corporate bond trader at Salomon Brothers in 1985. He received an MBA from Northwestern in 1985 and his BA in Economics from Haverford College in 1983. Prior to joining NPA Financial, Pete was the managing director in charge of fixed income for Sigma Capital Advisors (a subsidiary of the SAC Capital hedge fund). While at SAC, he managed a global long/short hedge fund portfolio of high yield and investment grade bonds, credit derivatives, equity, equity options and converts. From 2000 through 2004, Pete was the global head of credit for the UBS Internal hedge fund (UBS Principal Finance) where he managed portfolios and teams in New York, London and Asia.

Michael Gandet, Chief Operating Officer
Mike has 18 years of experience in the financial services field. Prior to joining NPA, Mike was Vice President of Business Development and Advisory Sales for Genworth Financial Investment Services, a national broker-dealer, from 2005 to 2010. Prior to Genworth, Mike was Executive Vice President for CJM Financial Services, a regional broker-dealer, from 2000 to 2005 and was a financial advisor for CJM from 1992 to 2000. In addition to the positions held, he has been on the Board of Directors for Genworth's broker-dealer and RIA and has also chaired the Investment committees. Mike received his BS in Business Administration from Montclair State College in 1988.

Will Guzman, Executive Director - Sales Management
Prior to joining NPA Financial, Will was Vice President, Financial Advisor, and Branch Manager for HSBC Securities' high net worth office located in Scarsdale, NY. From 1999 to March 2003 he was the Director of Investments for The Oppenheimer Private Client Group (a division of CIBC World Markets). Will received his financial services training at Dean Witter Reynolds in 1995. He quickly advanced and accepted the position of Vice President of Investments for Barrington Capital Group, LLC, a privately owned investment banking and brokerage firm catering to the needs of high net worth investors. In addition to managing client accounts, Will was also appointed to the Executive Steering Committees of both product development and the Financial Advisor training program.

Michael J. Karalewich, CFP®, Chief Compliance Officer
Prior to joining NPA Financial in April 2006, Michael was employed by Margel & Associates as an Operations Manager where he gained broad experience in the day-to-day operations of running a successful Registered Investment Advisory Firm and managed money platform. Michael is a Certified Financial Planner and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
